Salmon is such a quick meal for us to make and this recipe can be adjusted with different vegetables. Not included in the recipe is spinach, but it make a great add to top this recipe off.
Prep Time: 5 Minutes | Cook Time: 16 Minutes
Ingredients
2.5-3 lbs. Salmon
1 Red pepper
5-6 Cloves minced garlic
1-2 tbsp honey
¼ tsp paprika
¼ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tbsp Avocado oil
½ lemon juice
Salt and Pepper
Directions
Chop red pepper and heat in skillet over medium heat with oil
Add garlic to pan until fragrant
Mix honey, paprika, garlic powder, pepper flakes, and parsley
Salt and pepper salmon, add mixture, add peppers, squeeze over lemon juice
Bake at 410 degrees for 14 minutes
Broil 2-4 minutes
