Parmesan Roasted Corn Cob

Step up your corn cob experience by adding cheese, garlic and basil!

Prep Time: 5 Minutes | Cook Time: 30 Minutes


  • 6 ears fresh corn

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 1 ounce parmesan cheese, finely grated (about ½ cup)

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp pepper

  • 4 basil leaves, chopped


  1. Place butter in a small bowl melt (in the microwave or on the stove)

  2. Preheat oven to 400

  3. Place corn on oven rack over a baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes

  4. In your butter bowl, add ½ the parmesan cheese to the bowl, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Whisk to combined.

  5. Use a pastry brush to rub the butter mixture on your roasted corn and then top with the remaining parmesan and basil
