Step up your corn cob experience by adding cheese, garlic and basil!
Prep Time: 5 Minutes | Cook Time: 30 Minutes
Ingredients
6 ears fresh corn
3 tbsp unsalted butter
1 ounce parmesan cheese, finely grated (about ½ cup)
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
4 basil leaves, chopped
Directions
Place butter in a small bowl melt (in the microwave or on the stove)
Preheat oven to 400
Place corn on oven rack over a baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes
In your butter bowl, add ½ the parmesan cheese to the bowl, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Whisk to combined.
Use a pastry brush to rub the butter mixture on your roasted corn and then top with the remaining parmesan and basil
