Warm Swiss Chard Dip

If you're looking for a quick side or appetizer, this dish is great. It's also really simple to swap out with a different green instead of using swiss chard. If you're using swiss chard, be sure to save your stems for dipping!

Prep Time: 5 Minutes | Cook Time: 1-3 Hours

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 ounce) jar quartered artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (optional)

  • 10 ounces fresh chard leaves, chopped and stems removed (could substitute spinach, beet greens or turnip greens)

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened and cubed

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese

  • ¼ tsp garlic powder

  • ¼ tsp onion powder

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika

  • ¼ tsp pepper

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into a crockpot.  Stir to combine.

  2. Cook on high for 1 hour or on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally while cooking

  3. Serve with crackers, pita, or bread!
