If you're looking for a quick side or appetizer, this dish is great. It's also really simple to swap out with a different green instead of using swiss chard. If you're using swiss chard, be sure to save your stems for dipping!

Ingredients
1 (12 ounce) jar quartered artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (optional)
10 ounces fresh chard leaves, chopped and stems removed (could substitute spinach, beet greens or turnip greens)
8 ounces cream cheese, softened and cubed
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp smoked paprika
¼ tsp pepper
Directions
Place all ingredients into a crockpot. Stir to combine.
Cook on high for 1 hour or on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally while cooking
Serve with crackers, pita, or bread!
