Tzatziki Sauce

I love to have fresh tzatziki sauce in the refrigerator over the summer when we have cucumbers coming in. It's great for dipping or serving with kabobs or tacos!
Total Time: 15 Minutes

Ingredients
2 cucumbers, grated (about 1 cup)
1 ½ tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup plain yogurt
1 ½ tsp of white vinegar
1 tbsp chopped fresh dill (or dried if in a pinch)
¼ tsp salt
Directions
I grate my cucumber in our food processor
Place grated cucumbers in a dish towel or nut milk bag and squeeze out the extra moisture. Transfer to a bowl
Add the lemon juice, garlic, yogurt, vinegar, dill, and salt and mix well
Can serve immediately or refrigerate
