Garlic Confit Vinaigrette

Mix up your salad dressing with this easy, throw everything in a blender, recipe. The garlic confit is in another recipe if you do not already have some or use minced garlic.

Total Time: 10 Minutes



Ingredients

  • 6 cloves Garlic Confit (recipe available)

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, or equivalent oil from your confit

  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoons sherry vinegar or rice vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until combined

  2. Store in a jar in your refrigerator!
